Responsibilities:
The Amazon Brand Store Planning & Allocation Business Partner is a key contributor to the growth and success of our Amazon business. This role supports inventory planning, replenishment, and performance analysis to help us drive sales, improve profitability, and maintain strong in-stock positions. This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Merchandising to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the creation and maintenance of financial plans for the Express Amazon brand store
Monitor product performance, identify sales opportunities, and assist in managing stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocks
Forecast demand at the SKU level using historical data, trends, and marketing plans
Assist in planning and executing Amazon shipments and replenishments
Collaborate with Production and Merchandising teams to place Amazon-specific orders
Conduct basic assortment and SKU rationalization analysis to optimize product mix
Partner with finance on open-to-buy planning and inventory investment strategy
Prepare reporting and analytics that support weekly, monthly and quarterly selling meetings
Participate in inventory allocation and rebalancing decisions to support business goals
Help identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory analysis (internships and co-ops count)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large sets of data
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Curious, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-moving e-commerce environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Collaborative mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills
Amazon experience or familiarity with Seller Central is a plus, but not required
