Serve as the primary support for finance teams on merchandising-related financial systems.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions, auditing, and reconciliation activities.

Support inventory reconciliation efforts and ensure proper order management workflows.

Assist accounting teams in troubleshooting system issues related to transactional data.

Perform data extraction, querying, and analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making.

Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements.

Develop and maintain documentation for financial systems, processes, and reports.

Provide user training and support to finance teams to optimize system utilization.

Monitor data integrity and work on process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
