Customer Service Rep (Onsite), Ohio

Work for a leading provider of customized telecom and mobile management solutions as their Customer Service Helpdesk Representative! This position is in Columbus, OH and is contract to hire with potential for extension or permanent hire. We are looking for reliable individuals who work well in team environments.

What you need to know:

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday with some flexibility to work weekends as needed; 40-hour work weeks

Available shifts: 7am-3:30pm and 10am-6:30pm.

Fully onsite role in Columbus, OH

 

What you need to apply:

* Training hours: 9am – 5:30pm

High School Diploma

1 or more years of experience in a phone-based customer service position required.

MUST live local to Columbus, OH

Comfortable with requirements to support government-based accounts & customers

May need to receive a government clearance

Comfortable with computers and professional communication

A typical day as a Customer Service Helpdesk Representative may include:

Assisting with 10-20 calls be day.

Using a Remedy Ticketing System.

Executing "wipe commands” as needed.

Connecting with customers throughout the day and maintaining a professional demeanor.
