Flick Packaging in Galion is looking to add to its growing team! Flick is responsible for creating boxes of various sizes for private industry and military needs.

Available Shifts:

1st: 6:30am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday) Friday as needed 6:30am-11:30am.

*Know by Monday if you need to work Friday.

Pay Rate:

$15.50 /hr.

Increase to $17.00 once hired fulltime

Work Environment:

Flick Packaging operates a total of five buildings including warehouse space and a "cut to order " cut shop.

Job Description:

Primary job duties include assembling wooden boxes used for military applications. The crates could be made from a variety of materials and include heavy-duty cargo containers or lightweight plywood dust covers. Must be comfortable standing for 8 to 10 hours a day and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Temp-to-hire window:

Able for permanent placement after 720 hours worked

Requirements:

Experience with and knowledge of how to safely operate a nail gun and various hand tools required for the job

ability to measure to 1/32 increments

good attendance and great dependability

great hand-eye coordination

the ability to lift up to 50lbs

This position does NOT require high school diploma.
