Location: Columbus OH

Fulltime:

Commission and document new water heaters and plumbing systems.

- Be familiar with water, drain, gas piping materials and techniques

- Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and equipment to the highest possible standard.

- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

- Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating to homeowners and builders.

- Interact with superintendent to define commission and warranty repair schedule. Maintain working relationship to promote quality of work and scheduling efficiency.

- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all services performed.

- Clearly communicates with the superintendent by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues.

 

Minimum Education:
None

Minimum Years of Experience:
2-4

Specific Qualifications:
Journeyman license preferred

- 2 years of plumbing experience preferred (at least 2 of those in residential service/repair)

- Valid Driver’s License

- Have high school diploma or GED

- Bilingual is a plus

- Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements

- Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds

- Willing to travel to required job site

 - Assist in the in-field training of new technicians.
