Position: Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents and play a vital role in showcasing our beautiful apartment communities. Your engaging personality and customer service skills will help you connect with prospects and turn inquiries into leases.

Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist prospective residents in a warm and welcoming manner.

● Provide tours of the property and model apartments, highlighting key features and benefits.

● Utilize strong communication skills to qualify prospects and address their needs effectively.

● Process applications, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintain accurate records.

● Conduct follow-up communications with leads to convert them into new residents.

● Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.

● Assist with resident retention activities and events, fostering a sense of community.

● Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitors to effectively position the property.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

● Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

● Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with property management software is preferred.

● A team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in helping others.
