Part Time- Facility Maintenance Staff Details:

• Temporary position
• $15.00 to $17.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 01:00pm )

• Perform general cleaning duties for a local community center
• Clean and sanitize restrooms Dust, sweep, and vacuum floors
• Refill paper products and supplies
• Remove trash and recycling
• Perform light/basic maintenance tasks
• Set up rooms for adult health and fitness programs, learning activities, travel and social groups, support services, and weekend events
• Set up tables and move/arrange chairs
• Move, set up, and adjust air walls

Part Time- Facility Maintenance Staff Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related custodial, facility, or maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Physically capable of moving furniture and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
