As an Estate Planning Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys, providing tailored legal solutions to a wide range of clients.Responsibilities: Draft a variety of estate planning documents including trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and funeral directives. Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans that reflect their unique goals and evolving needs. Provide valuable support to senior attorneys on complex elder law, Medicaid, special needs, and tax matters.Qualifications: Previous experience in estate planning matters preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, understandable language for clients. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
