Senior Product Designer (Contract)
Personal care industry leader seeking a senior product designer to join a fast-paced product team and help deliver engaging, user-centered experiences across mobile and web platforms.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in agile environments, collaborates deeply with cross-functional teams, and can take ownership of design work with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions
Translate business and user needs into intuitive product experiences
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Develop rapid prototypes to validate concepts and iterate quickly
Contribute to and work within established design systems
Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Partner in agile processes including backlog grooming and user story creation
Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers
Required Qualifications:
57+ years of experience in product or UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design work
Experience working within cross-functional agile product teams
Expertise in mobile and mobile-first web design
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with design systems and scalable design practices
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing native mobile applications
Background in ecommerce or consumer-facing products
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with design research and usability testing methods
