We are seeking a full-time dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for wellness and beauty. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery while managing staff, budgets, and inventory.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.

Daily organization and management of team members, guests, schedule, and inventory.

Hire and train new team members.

Utilize POS systems and cash registers for accurate transaction processing.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and Spa Concierge when needed.

Educate guests on spa services and retail.

Operate as first in command.

Experience

Previous experience in a managerial role within a spa or wellness setting is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in customer service practices with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.

Must be comfortable delegating and providing direction and feedback.

Must be reliable to open and/or close the spa as required.
