Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects while ensuring efficiency and innovation. Mentor and provide leadership to project engineers and BIM team members, helping them navigate complex projects and grow professionally. Collaborate with clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering results that meet their needs. Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments.
