Job Description Zanesville Mancan is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This is a crucial role within a pop distribution facility, responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of products. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to teamwork.________________________________________ Work Schedule and Compensation: Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM 8:30 PM (or until finished) Hourly Rate: $15.00 ________________________________________ Job Description: Order Processing: Receive, process, and fulfill incoming orders accurately and promptly, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected and packed.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and updating the inventory management system. Replenish shelves and storage areas as needed. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage and report discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain high standards of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.Packaging: Safely and efficiently package products for shipment, using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks using safe and efficient methods, following proper lifting and handling guidelines. Organize and prioritize loading to maximize space and minimize transit risks.Operational Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring clear pathways and safe working conditions. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
