Job Description

Manage cases from intake through trial with full ownership. Conduct client consultations, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements. Collaborate with medical experts, co-counsel, and support staff to maximize outcomes. Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.Advocate in court as needed, including motions and trial appearances. Qualifications

1+ years personal injury legal experience; 2+ years preferred. Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently. Licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible to transfer license. Why You Will Love Working Here
