We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to support customer accounts and help maintain positive client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent service, and developing professional skills in account support and customer relations.Responsibilities Maintain and update customer account information accurately. Respond to account-related inquiries and provide timely assistance. Support account management activities, including follow-ups and documentation. Communicate professionally with customers regarding account needs and requests.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Monitor account records and maintain organized documentation. Assist with administrative tasks related to account support and customer service. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
