Fiberglass Insulation Plant About the Role: Kelly Services is seeking an entry-level Production Operator for an onsite assignment at a fiberglass insulation facility in Grove City, Ohio. This role offers 10-hour weekday shifts (with overtime as needed) in a supportive, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist at production presses Remove and separate parts from scrap, assemble parts, stack/package parts, and operate equipment Package, label, and move finished parts to storage or next operation Use personal protective equipment and strictly follow all plant safety guidelines Prepare materials, assemble packaging, and maintain inventory for production tasksCommunicate effectively with team members and uphold all safety standards Keep work area clean, tidy, and safe Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience:

3-6 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination Ability to read/interpret documents (safety rules, instructions, blueprints, etc.) Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure Effective communication skills with co-workers and supervisors Ability to stand/walk for 8-12 hours per shift, with bending, twisting, and liftingComfortable working near moving mechanical parts and with fiberglass insulation Reliable, regular attendance is essential Perks:
