Front Office Operations Manager What does the ROLE entail? Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front Office operations to include Front Desk, PBX and Guest Services (Bellstand)

Accountable for assisting, leading and enhancing guest experience from pre-arrival to post departure activities by planning and coordinating with related hotel departments and colleagues

In addition to assisting in the operation of Front Office operation and guest services colleagues, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction

Maintain guest room inventory&communicate effectively with reservations and housekeeping department

Coach and counsel a team of more than 10 colleagues, to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures

Position is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, guest recovery and problem solving

May assist in other operational departments and will be trained accordingly

Coach and motivate front office colleagues to achieve up-sell&enrollment goals for department

Ensures proper staffing levels for customer service goals

Your EXPERIENCE: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach a team

A minimum of 1 years of previous front office hotel supervisory experience is preferred

Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills

Unafraid of financial related tasks, projects and responsibilities

Must possess excellent organizations, interpersonal and administrative skills

A fun and energized person with a creative mindset

Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge

Ability to work a flexible schedule

including nights and weekends
