Building Maintenance Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Perform routine building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Complete drywall, painting, and basic facility upkeep tasks Inspect and repair doors, windows, and building structures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with preventative maintenance and support technicians as needed

Building Maintenance Associate Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
