Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents or guests needs promptly and professionally.
Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe and healthy environment.
Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or inventory checks when needed.
Requirements

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
Experience with laundry processes and managing household or hotel housekeeping routines preferred.
Knowledge of safety standards related to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
