Our client, a regional 3PL and logistics provider, is hiring a hybrid Operations Manager.
Responsibilities- Lead daily operations across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and develop a team of 4-6 shift supervisors
- Own operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety, on-time shipping)
- Drive continuous-improvement projects (5S, lean, process redesign)
- Partner with HR on hiring, training, and performance management
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations experience
- 2+ years of people-management experience
- Strong process / continuous-improvement orientation (lean, six sigma a plus)
- Comfort with WMS systems and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication with frontline teams and leadership
