As an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, assisting them with a wide range of services and helping them secure the insurance policies they need to protect what matters most.Key Responsibilities

Client Support:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized advice on insurance and financial services. New Policy Placement:

Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs, explain policy options, and facilitate the placement of new insurance policies with State Farm. Policy Management:

Oversee existing policies, ensure timely renewals, and make necessary adjustments to ensure clients have the coverage they need. Financial Services:

Offer basic financial advice and direct clients to appropriate financial products and services, helping them achieve their financial goals. Sales&Marketing:

Proactively reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and promote our wide range of insurance and financial products. Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate client records, process documentation efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years of previous experience in insurance or financial services is required. Licensing:

Must possess both a State of California Property&Casualty Insurance License and a Life and Health Insurance License. Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Technology:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications. What We Offer

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Clayton. Our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
