Responsibilities include greeting customers and assessing their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service, providing accurate estimates for repairs and services, coordinating with technicians to communicate service recommendations and updates, managing customer appointments and follow up on service completion, maintaining a clean and organized service area, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, staying updated on automotive technology and service trends to provide informed advice, and promoting Midas products and services to enhance customer loyalty and retention.Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred, strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service, experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus, proficiency in automotive service software and point-of-sale systems is a plus, and willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.Midas CONCORD has been serving the Concord, CA community for over 20 years, providing reliable automotive repair and maintenance services.
