The Entry Level Accountant / AP / AR is responsible for supporting the accounting team by managing accounts payable and receivable functions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves close collaboration with a small team and requires interaction with both vendors and clients during standard business hours.

Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Process vendor and customer invoices accurately Perform data entry related to financial records Track and reconcile expenses and payments Handle customer billing and payment processing Maintain organized and up-to-date financial recordsCollaborate with a small team of 1-5 members Communicate effectively with vendors and clients

Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in accounting Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
