You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm and cold leads have needs-based conversation with prospects&customers outbound calling to prospects&customers QUALIFICATIONS: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Leadership and interpersonal skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Willingness to engage in sales conversations Ability to work in a team environment Property and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain)Life&Health licensed (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
