results-driven marketing professional

to take ownership of our marketing efforts across both companies and drive measurable growth. Position Overview This is a hands-on, performance-based role responsible for generating

qualified leads and increasing brand visibility

through digital marketing, content creation, and strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate is a

motivated self-starter

who thinks strategically, executes efficiently, and takes full ownership of results— including ensuring all leads are properly captured, tracked, and followed through your CRM system. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute

lead-generation campaigns

across both companies Manage and optimize

social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) Drive

website traffic and lead conversion

through SEO and paid campaigns Implement and manage

targeting and retargeting strategies Create and edit

photo and video content

for marketing campaigns Monitor and report on

analytics, KPIs, and campaign performance Improve

Google reviews and online reputation management Maintain and optimize both company websites for

lead generation CRM&Lead Management (Critical Responsibility) Set up and ensure

all leads flow directly into the CRM system Maintain a

clean, organized, and trackable lead pipeline Ensure proper

lead attribution (source tracking) Work with sales team to track

lead quality and conversion Continuously improve lead handling and follow-up processes What We’re Looking For Motivated self-starter

photo and video content Experience managing

lead campaigns and funnels Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead tracking

(required) Understanding of

customer behavior in equipment sales (mowers, tractors, trailers)
