Our established Conroe, TX Tri-Supply location is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Door&Window Service and Installation Helper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in a growing trade. Qualifications:• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented • Basic familiarity with hand tools is preferred

Key Responsibilities:• Assist lead technicians with the installation and servicing of doors and windows • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment • Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites • Support installation processes by positioning and securing materials as directed• Assist with measuring, layout, and basic adjustments • Remove and dispose of existing doors, windows, and job-related debris • Apply caulking, sealing, and insulation under supervision • Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures • Maintain professional communication withteam members and customers
