Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and laser cutting processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
