You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisionsincluding conversations about money.This role requires someone who is comfortable: asking direct questions handling hesitation or rejection making outbound calls staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times Successful team members: Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no

Monday thru Saturday Branch hours: Mon - Fri 10am

6pm, Sat 9am

1pm Every Sunday Off $13.35 - $15.24/hr. Monthly bonus potential Preferred Experience: Customer service, sales, or collections experience

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person

Strong communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
