Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Sub-acute Nursing, the sub-acute RN responsibilities include assessment, planning intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patient's treatment plan as well as providing education for patient's/resident's families. Direct and supervised nursing care given to patient's/resident's to ensure the highest quality care is rendered in accordance to the Sub-acute standards and Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

RN New Grad Job Requirements:

Current California RN license.

BLS (CPR) Certificate required through the American Heart Association.

ACLS required required through the American Heart Association.
