Showroom Customer Service Representative
Achieve more with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Showroom Customer Service Representative in Corona, CA As a Showroom Customer Service Representative, you will: Be entering customer orders accurately, completely, and in accordance with established procedures. Be validating pricing, product selection, shipping details, and required dates prior to order release.Be identifying discrepancies or potential issues and take corrective action before processing. Be serving as the primary point of contact for assigned orders and related customer inquiries. Be responding to Zendesk tickets within 4 business hours and manage inquiries through resolution. Be communicating proactively with customers regarding order status, backorders, changes, or required clarifications.Be making or receiving customer phone calls when necessary to clarify order details or resolve issues. This is a full-time contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 1+ year of customer service and data entry experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. Experience with Oracle. Experience with basic Excel as in data tracking. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
