What You'll Be Crushing Daily: Install residential split systems like a pro Tackle commercial split systems&package units with confidence Expertly install ductwork– both fiberboard and flex Run clean and efficient drain lines and copper line sets Braze copper piping with precision Wire and fire up systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly Collaborate in a team-first environment Work full-time and handle a flexible schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 –$30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level) Schedule Options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday Overtime available Weekend work as needed What We’re Looking For: 5 years HVAC experience (preferred, but skills speak louder than time) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Valid Driver’s License (required) Reliable, professional, and ready to grow with a winning team Location: On-site, in person
