Job Description Job Description Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. Is looking for an experienced Paralegal to be a part of our growing firm.
The individual must be able to work independently, essentially detail oriented, organized, and a team player.
This person must also be a self-starter, efficient, and possess the ability to manage a high docket count under the supervision of an attorney.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Drafting Discovery requests and responses
Drafting motions
Preparing for trial
Scheduling depositions
Scheduling Court Dates and Client Meetings
Meeting with Clients
Using a Web-based Case Management System
This is a full-time position.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Must be experienced in Word, Excel, & Adobe.
3 Years of Legal Experience is REQUIRED.
