Sales Administrator
We are looking for individuals with a passion for the environment to join our direct sales team. In this role, you will support our client-facing team by managing the sales process from lead generation through contract execution. You will also be responsible for maintaining rebate programs, including stakeholder communication and submitting extension and payment requests. Additional responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental communication and accurately documenting key information and activities.Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: Research properties and using public information to find the decision maker Keeping CRA up to date; sales force.com a huge plus Slack, and Asana experience preferred to manage daily communications and reports. Assist the Sales and Client Relations department with miscellaneous tasksWriting correspondence state organizations Participate and assist on project calls Site visits Assisting with contracts Coordinate with sales and engineering departments on project statuses Document Management Rebate Submissions Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with government agencies Attention to detail Spreadsheet experience is a plus Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Education and Experience: Knowledge of relevant computer applications, office, mail, word, power pointKnowledge of principles and practices of sales Knowledge of customer service principles Knowledge of basic business principles Knowledge of digital sales platforms Experience in sales Experience in making presentations Proven ability to achieve sales targets Key Skills and Competencies Must have basic knowledge of renewable energy productsKey Skills and Competencies: Planning and strategizing Persuasiveness Adaptability Verbal and written communication Negotiation skills Resilience and tenacity Stress tolerance Goal driven Structured and consistent Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
