About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to join their executive team.
The successful candidate will be the most senior financial leader in the organization, responsible for defining and driving the company's long-term financial vision, capital strategy, and enterprise resource allocation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong command of financial disciplines, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and procurement finance.
The VP will serve as a key partner to the CEO, providing financial insights that shape business direction, and will be instrumental in the company's expansion across domestic and international markets.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as a CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a VP or executive role, is required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership within consumer products, retail, or e-commerce businesses, and deep knowledge of financial strategy, capital structure, and treasury management.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools is essential, and experience with global operations and compliance is a plus.
The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team.
