We collaborate as a team with 4 layers: Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators.LOCATION:Newport Mesa / Newport Beach, CA ****** Acacia)POSITION:Lead Generator / Office AdminDaily Market ResearchDaily CRM and Sales List ManagementAssemble sales data through company and POC prospectingBuild targeted marketing lists in very niche industries for strategic sales and recruitingFormat resumes and create marketing profilesAssist the sourcing team when neededAssist with maintaining the office and ordering suppliesManage office inventory and maintain an organized supply systemKeep the kitchen and common areas clean, stocked, and orderlyOrganize office spaces to ensure a clean, efficient, and professional environmentCoordinate restocking of office, kitchen, and workplace essentialsMonitor supply levels and anticipate office needs before shortages ariseSupport general office operations and administrative tasks as neededComplete candidate references and customer inquiries when neededOFFICE PERKS:Office SnacksOffice Beer & Wine (after 4pm)Company Events: Happy Hours, Sports Games (Chargers, Angels, Ducks), etcClose proximity to various restaurants/activitiesFriendly work environmentOFFERED:Estimated Pay: $50,000 to $70,000 = Base Pay ($*****/hour) + 10 hours Overtime/week + Bonuses401K w/ 5% Match (eligibility after 1 year) - Dollar-for-Dollar; 100% VestedMedical - Anthem PPO (Gold and Silver Plan)Dental - Anthem PPO
