Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting all Anduril's products Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies Implement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designsLead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputs Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards Work in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customersRequired Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or Design Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements. Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design Ability to determine work priorities based on broad direction from managementExpertise in applying relevant IPC standards, CID, CID+ certification Experience using Altium Designer CAD tools Experience with developing component libraries and library management Proven experience in high-speed digital PCB layout for complex FPGA boards, high-resolution video, or multi-gigabit interfaces (e.g., DDR, PCIe, SerDes).Expertise in critical high-speed layout techniques, including controlled impedance routing, differential pairs, length matching, and optimized stackup design. Deep understanding of signal and power integrity principles, ensuring robust performance for timing, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC mitigation in high-density designs.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others Ability to work within our company and team culture. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar US Salary Range $129,000 - $194,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
