Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Assistant to support our Operations field and management teams. This hands-on role involves a blend of administrative tasks, internal and external communications, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to coordinate travel logistics for new hire orientation attendees, training classes, and occasional support of company-wide meetings and events. Address all travel or other logistical issues as they occur.
Assist in the coordination of on-site training sessions with internal departments and vendors. Compose correspondence to all involved.
Plan the catering for training sessions, monthly new hire orientation, and events as needed.
Coordinate weekend and vacation on-call scheduling system for all field operation locations. Work directly with the answering service and managers to coordinate locations across all time zones.
Assist and support the planning and coordination of ForTec’s Annual National Meeting and local office celebrations.
Provide administrative and project support to Operations Leadership
Coordinate ForTec uniform purchases for new hires and annual replenishments
