Salary Range: $70K - $95K Permanent Position with Benefits

Streetsboro, Ohio engineering firm is seeking to hire an experienced Architect / Architectural Designer - Preconstruction Architect skilled using 2D/3D software, such as Sketchup and AutoCAD

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Architecture

Proficient with 2D/3D software, such as Sketchup and AutoCAD, Revit is a plus

Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experienced with project design from client needs, conceptual design, construction administration

Familiar with building massing (overall shape, form, and size of a building, encompassing how its volumes are arranged and how they interact with their surroundings and each other)

3D Modeling for Projects, along with Graphic Presentation work for Project Presentations

Work on multi-family, mixed use, urban planning, commercial, cooperate office, lab/medical, historic preservation, renovations, and retail projects buildings

Exceptional communication skills to interact with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
