Key Responsibilities (Controller):
Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations across a small, dedicated team (Staff Accountant, Cost Accountant, AP)
Own the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement of the close calendar
Manage manufacturing accounting functions, including inventory, cost accounting, WIP, standard costing, and variance analysis
Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insight that supports production efficiency and profitability
Qualifications (Controller):
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong month-end exposure preferred
