POSITION SUMMARY

Schneller is hiring a

2nd shift

Rotary Associate to support production on the manufacturing floor. You'll be responsible for loading and splicing roll materials, staging and mixing compounds, performing in-process quality inspections, and moving finished material to the correct storage areas. Day-to-day work also includes labeling materials, collecting QC samples, completing production logs, and keeping your workspace clean and safe. Tow motor operation is part of the role.

We're looking for someone with basic math and computer skills who can follow written and verbal instructions reliably. Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred. This role requires the ability to stand for a full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work around industrial solvents. Candidates must be eligible for required US export authorizations (ITAR/EAR). Second shift is eligible for a $3 shift differential on regular hours&$4.50 on OT hours

M - Thurs: 3pm - 1am

Friday 1- 9pm
