Job Description

The Packer/Skidder is responsible for packaging finished food products and preparing them for shipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role includes assembling packaging materials, labeling, and stacking products onto pallets while ensuring quality standards are met. Employees will work in a refrigerated environment and must follow all food safety and GMP guidelines. This position offers a stable opportunity with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

· Package and inspect finished food products for quality and accuracy · Assemble boxes and prepare materials for production · Stack products onto pallets (skids) and prepare for shipment · Wrap, label, and secure pallets according to company standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks · Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed · Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment · Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance

The base salary range for this position is $38,792–$38,792, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
