About the Position
The company is seeking either an experienced Assistant Project Manager or a Project Manager to join the team for an upcoming large-scale multi-family project.
This is a critical hire, with an immediate start preferred to support preconstruction and early project mobilization efforts.
This role will report directly to a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large 300+ unit project.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
2–6+ years of experience in construction project management (flexible based on level)
Experience supporting or managing multifamily, commercial, or large-scale construction projects preferred
Willingness to work under the direction of a senior Project Manager
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, and budgeting processes
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
