What You?ll Get to Do:

As a member of the Operational Engineering Team, you will be supporting the life-cycle of a unique client network. You will work with staff management to implement and maintain the systems engineering workflow, perform assessments, implementations and management of its processes and functions to optimize technical performance, schedule and cost for work delivered to the client. You will be responsible for multiple projects within the client?s branch. The team will produce written documentation to delineate project team responsibilities and shall work with client leadership to prioritize engineering efforts. You will be serving a highly important client mission on a day-to-day basis using your systems administration, cyber security, scripting, database and commercial cloud platform experience

You?ll Bring These Qualifications:

• 10+ year of related Computer security experience: systems administration, network security, network recon, security products administration

• Active TS/SCI with required polygraph clearance

• Experience in linking, analysis, and assessment of technical capabilities for systems across the client?s portfolio

• Experience in architecting and providing oversight of systems and activities

• Ability in identifying potential gaps and/or risks so that operational support is properly executed

• Ability in implementing COTs tool construct and establishing ongoing maintenance to include transfer of knowledge needed for continuous, long term support

• Demonstrated experience reporting organizational process improvement, risk management and project management to status to stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience with system life cycle management

• Demonstrated experience with system engineering practices that integrate technical schedules, configurations, and risk management processes

• Demonstrated experience with configuration management and PI reporting experiences, spanning small to large IT systems and applications

• Demonstrated experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies

• Demonstrated experience with project budgeting and creating spends plans

• Demonstrated experience with technical writing, editing, and documentation preparation

Desired Requirements:

• 15+ years- experience in this customer space

• Demonstrated experience supporting a diverse, integrated IT services organization including application development, high-end computing, system management, and tactical IT services

• Demonstrated experience with successful written and oral communication

• Demonstrated experience providing system management to support high-end computing and information systems

• Demonstrated experience using MS Project and other MS Office products

• Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor?s Project Management Framework

• Demonstrated experience adjusting to changing priorities
