Research & Development Process Technician, Tecumseh

Ervin Technologies, a worldwide leader in steel abrasives, is looking to fill the position of R&D Process Technician. As a member of a self-directed, fast-paced R&D team, you will operate and maintain a vacuum induction melting/atomization system. This team produces high tech Metal powdered alloys, including post processing sieving and heat treating. Technicians will routinely troubleshoot issues and support new alloy development projects.

Qualified applicants shall possess an Associates Degree or Certification in any technical field or the equivalent of experience in a foundry, steel mill or metal working environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with production quality systems a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
