We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantitative Researcher to join our team. As a Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis and data-driven research to support the development and improvement of our products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement research projects to gather and analyze quantitative data related to the architectural panels and steel industry
- Develop and maintain databases of industry trends, market share, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide insights for product development and improvement
- Utilize statistical software and tools to analyze data and create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform research strategies
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantitative research, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
