/ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliUse prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects and build relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts/liliCollect analyze potential customers critical business needs and challenges, identify and qualify their budget, timelines, business pain points, and obstacles for hand off to appropriate sales individual/liliParticipate in the sales opportunity reviews and reach out and collaborate with the appropriate Account Managers and internal stakeholders/liliAchieve quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals set by management/liliUse qualification criteria to qualify and validate inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events and direct mail campaigns/liliTrack relevant sales activities (eg call activity, lead qualification details, lead conversion, opportunity pipeline) to aid in maintaining communications within sales/liliUse professional experience to overcome objections and effectively communicate Blue Yonders value propositions to key decision makers within target accounts/liliActively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for marketing Blue Yonders products in order to secure new accounts/li/ulh3What Were Looking For:/h3ulliMinimum 2 years inside sales/business development w/experience in software industry/liliPersonable, outgoing, able to initiate conversation and communications in an engaging manner/liliProven track record of high quality pipeline generation and prospecting results/liliExperience working in a team sales environment/liliAbility to handle projects with minimal direction/liliKnowledge of SFA/CRM/Contact Manager software required; experience with Salesforce.com a plus/liliRetail or Supply Chain experience a HUGE plus/liliSuperior verbal and written communication skills/li/ulpThe base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 plus commission.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
