The Role As a project coordinator specializing in senior living projects in Dallas, you’ll play a critical role in supporting design execution, documentation, and coordination across all phases of a project lifecycle. You’ll partner with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure projects move efficiently—from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to execute project design and documentation Support development and management of production schedules and deadlines Prepare, review, and coordinate construction and implementation documents for quality and accuracy Manage technical coordination and resolve project-related challengesFacilitate communication between clients, contractors, and stakeholders Assist in code analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in client presentations and design discussions Attend site visits, meetings, and field reviews as needed Contribute to material selection and product research
