Position Summary The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new commercial roofing opportunities, managing a consistent sales pipeline, and closing deals that support RTP's growth goals. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Development&Prospecting Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities across reroof segments Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes Sales&Estimating Collaboration Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery Close sales while maintaining target gross margins Customer Relationship Management Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractorsMaintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts Represent RTP with professionalism and integrity at all times in the field

Qualifications Required 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record History of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecastingAbility to sell on value and protect margins Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly Preferred Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCs Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity trackingThank you for considering a career with Roof Technology Partners.
