Description

Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Solutions Architect. Responsibilities:

Define scalable solution paths aligned to business outcomes, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture
Create architecture artifacts, roadmaps, decision tools, design principles, and technical guidance
Partner with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leaders to shape solution delivery
Provide architectural stewardship across applications, cloud platforms, integrations, and technology domains
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, value-driven adoption strategies
Support engineering practice maturity, solution design standards, and delivery best practices
Analyze solution economics, total cost of ownership, risk, sustainability, and long-term scalability
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of relevant IT, software engineering, or architecture experience
2+ years of professional experience in a lead solution architecture role
Experience with cloud technologies, cloud application design, modern architectures, and application design principles
Strong knowledge of systems thinking, integration patterns, legacy modernization, and enterprise solution design
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, DevOps, IT operations, technology protocols, and architecture standards
Excellent analytical, communication, planning, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration skills
