What You'll Do as a Project Manager
As a project manager, you will lead all phases of architectural design projects across Dallas while serving as the main client point of contact:
Present capabilities and pursue new opportunities to win design projects in Dallas
Organize, schedule, and lead meetings with clients, consultants, and construction teams
Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants to ensure project alignment
Review space planning and design solutions for code compliance and alignment with client goals
Secure client approvals for planning, design, and FF&E selections
Lead the documentation process, ensuring accurate translation of design into construction documents
Review construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality
Assist with bid reviews and oversee construction administration phases
Manage team productivity and ensure financial performance and profitability of each project
Issue additional service requests when project scope evolves
What You Bring
4–8+ years of experience as a project manager in architectural or interior design, ideally focused on workplace/tenant projects in Dallas or similar markets
Degree in Interior Design or related design field (or equivalent experience)
Interior Design (RID) licensure required
Strong understanding of the full design and construction process
Knowledge of building systems (MEP, structural) and applicable codes (ADA/TAS)
Proven ability to lead teams, manage clients, and deliver successful design projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
