Responsibilities:•

Supervise and coordinate epoxy flooring projects from start to finish.•

Lead a team of installers, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency.•

Oversee surface preparation, epoxy mixing, and application processes.•

Ensure job sites meet safety and industry standards.•

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members.•

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to maintain project timelines.

Requirements:•

Minimum 3 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.•

Proven leadership or foreman experience in the flooring industry.•

Strong knowledge of epoxy application techniques and surface preparation.•

Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.•

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a team effectively.•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
